Physical Education and Health

The athletic program introduces cooperative group games. Children develop gross motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and body awareness through sports activities.

Physical education

  • Be able to balance and control movements that require strength, resistance, flexibility, and impulse in games and physical exercise activities.
  • Use objects and instruments that will allow them to solve problems and carry out various activities.

Health education

  • Practice basic preventive and safety measures to protect their health as well as to prevent accidents and risks at school and beyond.
  • Participate in social health actions, environmental conservation, and care for natural resources in their environment.
